Your PC should run
like you paid for it.

Setup, diagnostics, local AI installs, and custom builds. I come to you, or you drop it off. Parts at cost — I make money on the work, not the markup.

Services

Three things, done properly

Most gaming PCs leave performance on the table straight out of the box. Fixing that is an afternoon, not a rebuild.

$85

NEW PC SETUP

You bought the machine. I make it run the way the spec sheet promised.

  • BIOS update, XMP/EXPO memory profile enabled
  • Chipset and GPU drivers, clean install
  • Windows debloat, startup and power settings
  • Fan curves and thermal check under load
  • Launchers, library migration, peripherals
  • Before/after benchmark so you can see it
$75

DIAGNOSTIC & REPORT

It ran better a year ago. Before anyone opens it up, find out what's actually wrong — dust, thermals, storage, or something worth walking away from.

  • Visual inspection inside and out — dust, fans, cable routing, obvious faults
  • Temperatures logged at idle and under load, CPU and GPU
  • Drive health check — SMART data, remaining life, failure warnings
  • Stress test to find what's actually failing, not what's guessed
  • Written report you keep, with numbers, not opinions
  • Recommendations priced up front — including when it's not worth fixing

Nothing gets disassembled at this stage — this is measurement, not surgery. And $50 comes off any repair or build you book with us.

$65

SOFTWARE TUNE-UP

Nothing wrong with the hardware. It's just carrying a year of junk that nobody cleared out.

  • Startup programs and background services cleaned out
  • Windows power plan and settings set for performance
  • Drivers brought current — chipset, GPU, chipset-level firmware
  • Bloatware and leftover software removed
  • Storage cleanup, temp files, and update cache
  • Before/after so you can see what changed

$40 if it's added onto a diagnostic or a setup while I'm already there.

Local AI Setup

Run AI on your own machine

If your card has 12GB of VRAM or more, you can run models locally that were cloud-only two years ago. No subscription, no account, no data leaving your desk.

$125

LOCAL LLM INSTALL

Set up and configured on your hardware, with models chosen to fit your GPU instead of whatever the tutorial said.

  • LM Studio installed and configured — a normal chat window, no terminal
  • Models matched to your actual VRAM — no swapping to disk, no crawling responses
  • GPU offload set correctly — the difference between 5 tokens a second and 40
  • Context length tuned so it stays fast as the conversation grows
  • Printed setup sheet so you can swap models and troubleshoot yourself
  • Walkthrough before I leave, so you can actually use it

Worth knowing: everything runs offline once installed. Nothing you type gets uploaded, nothing is logged to a company server, and there is no monthly bill. For anyone handling client files, medical records, or legal documents, that difference is the whole point.

Custom Builds

Pick a target, not a price tag

Every build starts with the resolution and frame rate you actually want. The parts list follows from that — not from what's sitting on a shelf.

TIER 01
COMPETITIVEValorant, CS2, fighting games, Rocket League
Target1080p · 240 fps+
Labor$200 flat
TIER 02
MAINSTREAMModern AAA at high settings, streaming while you play
Target1440p · 144 fps+
Labor$200 flat
TIER 03
ENTHUSIASTRay tracing, 4K, VR, content creation
Target4K · high settings
Labor$200 flat
Labor is $200 flat, whatever the parts cost. A build is a build — same screws, same standoffs, same cable routing, same BIOS setup, same OS install and stress test, whether the parts come to $1,500 or $4,000. Charging more because your budget is bigger is markup wearing a different hat, and I don't do markup.

Parts are ordered after you approve the list, at what they cost. I don't hold inventory and I don't mark up components. You'll see the same prices I'm paying, and you keep every receipt and warranty in your name.

I don't publish all-in prices, and here's why. Graphics card and memory prices have moved 25–40% in a matter of months — a number on this page would be wrong before you read it. Your quote is built from real prices the day you ask, and you see the same cart I do.

Add-ons: small-form-factor build +$50 · data migration from your old machine +$50 · overnight burn-in test +$40. Build labor already includes Windows and drivers — the $85 setup is for a machine you bought pre-assembled.

Custom liquid loops — I don't take those on. A loop needs maintenance you'd have to keep up, and I'm not handing anyone a machine they can't service themselves. A good air cooler or an AIO handles anything you'll throw at it.

How a build goes

Three steps, no surprises

STEP 01

Tell me the games

What you play, what monitor you have or want, and the number you don't want to go past.

STEP 02

You get a parts list

Every component, current price, and why it's there. Ask me to swap anything. Nothing is ordered until you say go.

STEP 03

Built and tested

Assembled, cable-managed, BIOS configured, stress tested, and benchmarked. You get the numbers with the machine.

How I work

One guy, not a counter

No inflated pricing — parts go in at what they cost me. You get your system back running like you paid for it. If you're weighing a prebuilt against a custom build, I'll show you the real numbers on both. Here to help with your computing and local AI needs.

That means the person who quotes your build is the person who orders the parts, assembles it, and picks up the phone when something goes sideways six months later. No ticket queue, no whoever-is-on-shift, no salesman between you and the work.
